I have worked with different agents in the past on different properties that I have purchased and sold.I have never worked with a more professional agent as I did with Jacen. He was more than an agent; he truly went above and beyond what I expected.
Jacen always conducted himself as a professional that was willing to assist in all my needs as his client. He was very easy to work with and made me feel as if I was his only client and his main priority.
Jacen was always available if I had questions or needed help with anything pertaining to the sale of my home. He offered very constructive suggestions and even when I was unable to accomplish something he personally stepped in and did it himself.
Working with Jacen made the process that much easier, specially in such pitiable market. He helped me to understand just what I needed to do and how to make the sale occur. I always felt that Jacen guided me in the right direction, he is a wonderful agent.
Jacen is a very knowledgeable in his field. I was never told by him that he needed to look something up or ask someone for an answer, he was able to resvolve any issues I had. He was able to answer all questions that I could think of, and some I just didn't know to ask. He clarified everything in terms that I could understand and walk through the paperwork so that there were no loose ends.
When I am ready to take that step again to purchase or sale another property I will definitely consider calling on agent as my agent. I will also continue to refer my family and friends his way.
