It is with great pleasure and genuine gratitude that I offer the following comments with respect to my recent experience with your brokerage and particularly my agent, Bill Brisbin.

Bill's performance as my agent in the sale of Crescent Drive was not only satisfactory, he exceeded my expectations in every way. I have been a principle in six previous real estate transactions and never have I had such extraordinary services.

Although I was initially hesitant to sign with Bill, as he had been on 'hiatus' for a year or so from the real estate business, he more than delivered on his promise to make this sale as easy as possible. Having already moved out prior to the sale, I didn't even have to think about repairs requested by the buyers as Bill took care of them. He even drove 100 miles to my new home to deliver and install my expensive hallway chandelier, and installed one from my new home at the Crescent Drive residence. I am very happy that the listing of my home provided him with new clients and helped pave the way for re-entry into the business.
